Welcome to Hill Top Farm and Hill Top Barn together is perfect for family accommodate upto 16 people. Self-catering holiday cottage in the Lake District, Cumbria.

Hill Top is an attractive place from which to explore the Southern Lakes, or simply to relax in the house and garden and watch the ever-changing views.
Characterful accommodation - the Farm dates back to the 1700s

Location and nearby attractions
Hill Top enjoys a peaceful and secluded location, with no
neighbouring properties and yet the villages of Penny Bridge and Greenodd are
within a short walk / four minute drive with local facilities including a Post
Office and general store, butcher, baker, chip shop and two pubs ? one with its
own brewery on site.
A passenger ferry to Coniston village usually runs from the
Victorian pier at Lake Bank; boats can be hired at Coniston, a short drive away
Estuary walks - great for dogs and kids on the beach
Historic working farm with ice cream and tea rooms at Bouth
Fishing on the lakes and rivers
Serious fell walking within 30 minutes' drive
Grizedale Forest has a range of walks, an adventure
playground, Go-Ape zip trekking, sculpture trails, cycling, cycle hire and cafe
