How to book your stay at Hill Top Farm
Our new Booking calendar portal works in real time, and is easy and efficient, saving you about time and effort and could save 15% compared with corporate booking services e.g. Airbnb etc. However, if you prefer to use these booking services, our calendars are integrated and so your booking will work either way.
Your options and how we calculate prices:
- Hill top can accommodate 12 people in the house plus 4 people in the barn. If you choose more than 12 people i.e.13-16 the Barn is automatically included.
- Groups of between 6-12 people can choose to use the Barn to provide two extra bedrooms and 2 extra bathrooms in addition to the main house.
- The barn cannot be booked on its own.
- A weekly booking runs either from Friday to Friday or from Monday to Monday.
- Shorter stays, either 3-night weekends (Fri/Sat/Sun) or 4-night midweek stays, are available at a 10-15% discount.

- Please note there is an option to hire the hot tub – the price for this is based on a part or a full week. As most of the cost of the hot tub is cleaning, the price of a part week (3 or 4 nights) is approximately 85% of the 7-night price.
- The final price is based on:
- Time of the year: low season is January – April and November – December; High season is during school holidays; Peak season is Christmas and New Year.
- Number of guests: our initial price is based on 6 people, with an additional supplement per person per night up to 16 guests.
- Optional additional services: the use of the barn, the hot tub and a nominal extra cleaning fee per dog per booking.
Instructions for on-line booking:
- Choose your start date, commencing on either a Friday or a Monday (the darker shaded boxes) and the number of nights you want to stay
- Select the number of guests
- Select, if required, additional options of the Barn, Hot Tub or dogs.
Once you have completed this information, the system will calculate a price. Follow the on-line instructions and you will be asked to pay a deposit. Payments management is by Stripe, an established international company that offers a secure payment processing platform.
