Booking Information, how we calculate the prices and how to book your stay
Accommodation:
- Hill Top Farm & Barn sleeps up to 16 guests across 7 bedrooms:
- Main House: 12 guests (4 single attic, 2 double, 1 zip/super king, 1 sofa bed)
- Barn: 4 guests (1 double, 2 single)
Booking Options:
- 8-12 Guests: Main House (Barn optional at extra cost)
- 13-16 Guests: Main House & Barn (included)
Exclusivity: When booked, you have exclusive use of the entire property, grounds, and amenities (including the game room).
Stay Duration:
- Weekly: Friday-Friday or Monday-Monday
- Short Breaks: 3-night weekends (Friday-Monday) or 4-night midweek (Monday-Friday)
Pricing:
- Factors: Season (Low/Medium/High/Peak), number of guests (base price from 8, extra persons max total 16 – charges apply), optional extras (attached barn, hot tub, Dogs nominal fee for cleaners)
- Security Deposit: £200 refundable deposit.
- Low Season: January to April and November to December
- Medium Season: May-October
- School Holidays: Price based on 16 guests
- Peak Season: Christmas & New Year (price based on 16 guests)
How to Book your stay:
Select Dates:
- Use the calendar to choose your preferred month.
- Select your desired start date (Friday or Monday) from the available options (darker shaded boxes).
- Choose the length of your stay (3, 4, or 7 nights) from the dropdown menu.
Choose Guests:
- Select the number of adults and children.
View Pricing & Options:
- Click “BOOK” to view the base price and available options for the Barn, Hot Tub, and pet services.
Finalize Booking:
- Once you’ve selected your options and reviewed the final price, click “COMPLETE BOOKING.”
- Enter your information and complete the deposit payment.
Confirmation:
- Upon successful payment, your booking will be confirmed.
- You will receive all acknowledgments and communications via email.
