The following table details the basic cost and the total of staying at Hill Top Barn Only. If you want book Hill Top Farm on its own or together with the Barn please select the different calendar. Normally the Barn is only available on its mid week and only low season.
Please note:
- A normal booking runs from Friday to Friday, though for shorter weekend or midweek stays, a 10-15% discount may be applicable.
- In peak season, the total price is likely to be based on a full week, using the barn and full occupancy.
- The prices published assumes for a week for 2 or 4 people for the Barn only.
- These prices are indicative only and are approximately 10-20% less than if booked through a third-party.
- This year prices are based on the last couple of year prices, next year prices will be increased by over 5%

Hill Top Barn Calendar
Normally Hill Top Barn is booked together with the adjacent Farm house for up to 16 people, however Hill Top Barn may be available in be low seasons for midweek only. The calendar below shows our current availability (green is currently available). To see next months availability go the the last month and use the arrow. The pricing displayed for available dates is based on four people.
