Hill Top new Covid rules Feb 2021 (link to GOV Covid reopening details)
Really sorry but it looks like nothing is going to change to get access to Hill Top until April after Easter and after that there are restrictions until mid June.
Please look at your circumstances and let me know what options you choose based on the dates and the numbers below etc.
New Covid rules are:-From 12th April holiday cottages are now ok but only one household for upto 6 people per main house- and 4 in the barn ie 10 people 2 households. From 17th May- 2 household 6 people per main house and 4 in the barn ie 10 people 4 households in total. All above are subject to Covid rules.
June 21st no limits- upto 16 people.
That means your options are:-
1- you are happy and your circumstances meet the rules above. NB. I don’t know your circumstances nor can I check them. Note. You could reduce the numbers with a reduced price and hold the booking if feasible.
2- choose to rebook, please have a look at my calendar this year and next year , but it’s quite full and getting busier in 2022. Prices may change if moving to a different season.
3- can’t do 1 or 2 so please Ask for a refund

Hill Top Farm and Covid preparation for guest arriving and leaving

Whilst we want guests to be comfortable and have access to everything they need on holiday, we also need to be realistic about what can be sufficiently cleaned to ensure each changeover is as safe and manageable as possible.
This means that we will be removing non-essential items to ease the cleaning load and reduce risks. This will include DVDs, board games, cushions, throws and ornaments. And we are sorry, but we will no longer be leaving convenience items like tea, coffee and cooking essentials. As our arrival and property instructions can be found on this website, we will be removing the paper copy versions in the properties.

We have a strict cleaning protocol in place. For each changeover we have a deep cleaning process to remove any residual dirt on surfaces etc and then all surfaces which are touched frequently, such as light switches, remote control devices, door locks and handles, kitchen and bathroom surfaces will be disinfected. We will also change the pillows and the pillow/mattress protectors.
We will leave spray disinfectant in the games loft and recommend that you either wait for 72 hours before using it, or disinfect handles etc as required.

To help protect our cleaners, please can we ask that at the end of your stay you:

  • Strip the beds and place your bedding and towels in the bags provided
  • Leave the bedroom windows open to air the property (unless the weather suggests otherwise!)

We would also like to remind you of the importance of complying with government advice on the maximum number of households that can be together in an indoor setting as well as the current guidelines on social distancing.
